As of July 31, 2025, The Texas Heart Institute (THI) and The Texas Heart Institute Center for Cardiovascular Care (THICCC) will become part of The Texas Heart Institute at Baylor College of Medicine. This integration brings together two of the nation’s leading institutions in cardiovascular care, research, and education to advance our shared mission of improving heart health for all. By combining the expertise and resources of both organizations, we are better positioned to innovate, grow, and serve you with excellence for years to come.
Continuity of care and our commitment to your health are of the utmost importance. You will continue to receive the same exceptional care that you have come to expect, and you will continue to see the same physicians and care teams at the same locations. The most noticeable changes will be administrative—such as billing, insurance documentation, and appointment communications—which will reflect the new clinic name and affiliation with Baylor College of Medicine. If you have any questions, please reach out to 713-790-9401.
While the name has changed, the care you receive will not. You will continue to see the same physicians and care teams at the same locations.
The quality, continuity, and commitment to your health remain exactly the same. The most noticeable changes will be on the administrative side – such as billing, insurance documentation, and appointment communications – which will begin to reflect our new name and affiliation. We will make every effort to ensure these transitions are seamless and keep you informed along the way.
