Please have your billing statement available and verify your date of service before making payment. Due to our integration with Baylor College of Medicine, bills for services provided before July 31, 2025, and on or after July 31, 2025, are processed through different billing systems.
Services Provided Before July 31, 2025
As part of our transition to Baylor College of Medicine, online payment for services provided before July 31, 2025, is no longer available through our previous electronic payment portal.
If you are paying for a date of service prior to July 31st, 2025, please use one of the following payment methods:
Pay by Phone:
- Call (713) 790-9401
- Select Option 4 to speak with our legacy billing office.
Pay by Mail:
- Please use the mailing address listed on your billing statement.
Services Provided on or After July 31, 2025
If your date of service is July 31, 2025, or later, your account is managed by Baylor College of Medicine.
