We accept assignment for patients with traditional Medicare insurance. We also participate in a number of health insurance plans. Please refer to your insurance plan roster of physicians to determine if The Texas Heart Institute Center for Cardiovascular Care is included in your plan.
After scheduling an appointment, our insurance staff will verify your insurance coverage and plan benefits and provide an estimate based on anticipated services. The receptionist will ask for any co-payment, coinsurance, and deductible amount at the time services are rendered.
International patients should contact our International Department at 713-600-9211 for all scheduling and to make payment arrangements. While we do not accept or bill any international insurance carriers, we will provide you with the documentation necessary to file a claim with your international insurance plan.
