Dr. Eduardo Hernandez has garnered acclaim for his expertise in interventional cardiology, advancing treatment options for patients with complex coronary artery disease. His innovative work in minimally invasive procedures continues to expand the possibilities for heart care. This marks his 19th year on the Super Doctors list.
Dr. Emerson Perin, has been on the Super Doctors list for 14 consecutive years. As Director of the Center for Clinical Research at THI, Dr. Perin is internationally recognized for his pioneering research in regenerative medicine and heart failure therapies. His leadership has been instrumental in developing new, life-saving treatments for patients with advanced heart conditions.
Dr. Stephanie Coulter, celebrates 19 consecutive years on the Super Doctors list. She serves as the Director of the Center for Women’s Heart & Vascular Health and has been a trailblazer in raising awareness about women’s cardiovascular health, ensuring that women receive the personalized care they need. Dr. Alexander Postalian, selected as a rising star for a third year, specializes in coronary, peripheral vascular, and structural/valvular heart disease intervention. His specific clinical and research areas of interest include cardiovascular disease prevention – including complex lipid disorder management, state-of-the-art coronary intervention guided by intravascular imaging and flow assessment, next-day discharge transcatheter aortic valve replacement, and minimally invasive abdominal aortic aneurysm treatment.
