We are excited to share with you that our practice, Texas Heart Medical Group, is changing its name to The Texas Heart Institute Center for Cardiovascular Care.

What is the new name?
We changed our name from Texas Heart Medical Group to The Texas Heart Institute Center for Cardiovascular Care.

Where is the new location?
We are now located on the 26th floor of 6624 Fannin Tower.

Why did you move?
We moved to support our growth and goal to continue to provide you with access to the best cardiovascular care. Our new office is nearly double in size from our former office and was designed to enhance your experience. This allows us to bring in additional cardiologists, surgeons, and state-of-the art technologies to better care for you.

Why did you change your name?
We changed our name to better align with the exceptional services and care we provide. We are now fully integrated with our world-class research and education arms. We truly are a center – where we have first-hand access to innovative research and state-of-the art technology to better care for you.

Does this change anything with my provider?
No. Only our name and location have changed. You will still receive the same exceptional care from the doctors you know and trust.

Does this affect my insurance?
No. Your coverage remains the same as long as we have the correct, most recent insurance information on file.

What changes will I see?
With the name and location change, we will be updating all forms including patient paperwork, medical records, appointment reminders, etc. to reflect our new name and location.

Will my bills say Texas Heart Institute Center for Cardiovascular Care or Texas Heart Medical Group? How should I write my check?
Your bills will reflect the new name.
Please make checks payable to The Texas Heart Institute Center for Cardiovascular Care
